Linda is a Business Transformation Advisor supporting the SAP SuccessFactors HR Cloud Sales team for the South region. She partners with senior leadership at both current and prospective clients to drive executive-level conversations around transforming business strategy into quantifiable results. She works with our clients to analyze the state of their current HCM processes and systems and evaluate the case for change. The end result is a business case that helps maximize the value of the SAP SuccessFactors HCM investment.

Linda brings over 20 years of extensive talent management experience in leadership development and succession planning, as well as experience with executive recruitment. She has worked across industries, including oil and gas, air transportation and professional services organizations.

Linda joined SuccessFactors in 2012 after a 16-year career at Accenture, a global management consulting, technology service and outsourcing company. Her experience includes leadership / management roles in global leadership development and succession planning, design and development of global talent programs, and recruitment strategy and execution.

During her tenure at Accenture, Linda designed Accenture’s global succession planning and leadership development framework. As she took on more senior roles, she led the overall succession process for Accenture, including annual reporting into the CEO and Board of Directors. Linda also led the selection and implementation of several succession planning software solutions while at Accenture. She designed high-potential leadership development programs aimed at developing Accenture’s top executives, including those considered as successors for the global management committee.
